How CarShipOS publishes useful, verifiable guidance
This policy covers articles, route guides, tools, datasets, comparisons, and product education published on carshipos.work.

Purpose and audience
CarShipOS publishes material to help consumers plan a vehicle shipment and help auto transport brokerages operate more consistently. A page should answer a real decision, explain the limits of the answer, and leave the reader with a useful next step.
Authorship
Articles carrying the CarShipOS Editorial Team byline are organizational work. The byline does not represent a fictional person or imply an individual credential. Product claims should match capabilities represented on the current marketing site, while operational guidance should remain distinguishable from legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice.
Sources and verification
Federal registration, authority, safety, and compliance claims should favor primary government sources such as FMCSA and other responsible agencies. External claims should link to a source when the reader may need to verify a rule, number, deadline, entitlement, or safety requirement independently.
Sources are selected for relevance and authority, not because they support a preferred conclusion. CarShipOS does not sell favorable placement inside editorial guides.
Prices, route ranges, and calculations
Published route costs and calculator outputs are planning estimates unless a page explicitly identifies a live, binding quote. The page should state the vehicle and equipment assumptions, identify variables that can change the result, and link to the underlying methodology or source table when a dataset is published.
CarShipOS does not present an editorial planning range as a guaranteed carrier rate or transaction-weighted market average. Exact shipment pricing belongs in the quote flow, where the route, vehicle, equipment, timing, and current demand can be evaluated together.
Automation and AI assistance
Software automation or AI-assisted tools may support research organization, drafting, image preparation, calculations, internal linking, accessibility checks, or technical quality assurance. Their use does not remove the need for transparent assumptions, checkable sources, coherent writing, and visible corrections.
Updates and dates
Publication dates identify when an article first appeared. An updated date should be added only when the substance changes—for example, a corrected requirement, revised methodology, new source, clearer calculation, or meaningful expansion. Pages are not re-dated merely to appear fresh.
Corrections
Material factual or calculation errors should be corrected promptly and the updated date should reflect the change. Readers can report a concern to hello@carshipos.work with the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.
Commercial separation
CarShipOS is a commercial software product, and relevant guides may link to product pages, demos, or the shipping quote service. Those calls to action should not change the factual answer, hide limitations, or turn an informational page into a misleading claim.
